Garrett Rowe

Garrett has a passion for compelling storytelling in all forms. Garrett has produced content over a range of topics, including adventure films and travelogues. His last project, a feature film on which he was co-producer, has just completed its festival run with screenings in Los Angeles, Austin, and New York. In addition to his independent work, Garrett has worked for a number of major studios including The Walt Disney Company, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Universal Studios and CBS. Garrett is a firm believer in the mission of Flying Kiwi Productions and our goal of producing riveting adventure and travel oriented content.
Joe Varkle

Producer
Joe Varkle was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he double-majored in Creative Writing and Film Studies. After moving to Los Angeles in 2008, he earned his MFA in Screenwriting and has since optioned a feature screenplay. Joe has assisted development for executives at both Universal and Paramount studios, bringing a myriad of projects into fruition. He also coaches aspiring screenwriters in structure and character development. In his spare time, Joe enjoys horseback riding, nature hikes and teaching English as a Second Language. As a Co-Founder of Flying Kiwi, he aims to spread our mission statement to reach an international arena.
